★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日開店と同時に行きましたが席は満席でした。初めての利用で券売機前で沢山メニューあり迷ってしまいましたが店員さんが親切で教えて下さいました。活気があって良かったです。
小ラーメン(味噌＋100円)を注文しました。ボリューム満点で美味しかった！小だから大丈夫でしょ〜と侮っておりましたが、女性ならミニラーメンからがいいと思います！！野菜もチャーシューもボリュームがあり少し残してしまいました(TT)お兄さんの言うことをちゃんと聞いておけば良かった、、
ニンニクもたっぷりでスタミナ満点、サイコー！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚山はなんと言っても、チャーシュー。二郎系だけでなく、二郎の中でもトップクラスに美味い。柔らかく、分厚く、食べられる人は豚を4枚、8枚と増やして欲しい。
このチャーシューを食らうために行ってる間であります。
食べやすい中にも、パンチの効いた二郎系。
別日に訪問。汁なしがあるのが珍しく注文することに。関内二郎の方が個人的には好みであるが、非常に美味しい。
関内二郎同様、甘めのスープと卵が絡まり、野菜と麺がするすると入ってくる。胡椒を振りかければスパイシーな汁なしに。汁なしの二郎系でここまで美味しいお店はない。チャーシューも絶品。
関内二郎に並びたくない、でも汁なしを食べたい。そんな人におすすめのお店。
Butayama is, after all, char siu. Not only Jiro, but also top class among Jiro. If you are soft, thick and edible, please increase the number of pigs to 4 or 8.

Visited another day. It is unusual to order without soup. I personally like Jiro Kannai, but it's very delicious.
Like Jiro Kannai, the sweet soup and eggs are entwined, and when the vegetables and noodles are made, they come in. Sprinkle with pepper without spicy juice. There is no soup-free Jiro restaurant that is so delicious. The char siu is also excellent.
I don't want to line up with Jiro Kannai, but I want to eat without soup. Recommended shop for such people.

二郎は殺伐としていて怖くて行けないけど、ここは一人でも行けます。席毎にコール表あるのもとても助かるし、初心者に優しいなと思いました！
ラーメンも美味しく、チャーシューは厚切りでホロホロで最高です。大食いできるわけではないのでミニサイズがちょうど良かったです。
でも店内をずっとネズミが走り回ってたので衛生面ちょっと怖いなと思いました。横浜の繁華街だしどのお店にも出入りしてるんでしょうけど…

イマイチですね。
ジロリアン含め、舌が肥えてる方には全くオススメしません。
野菜はキャベツの芯が多く、モヤシも、しんなりしすぎで、野菜の旨味はなく、野菜がなんか臭いました。とても食べれたもんじゃないですよ!
麺は少なめな上に茹で加減は硬いとこと柔らかいとこが混じってます。前回の取り残しかな？？
スープは薄くてぬるいし量も少ないです。
絶対にリピしません。
ただし初心者には店員さん優しいのでいいですよ！

オーダーは初の来店だったので

コールはニンニクのみ。
二郎系のスープにやはりニンニクがあう
ニンニク増し増しじゃなく普通にコールしただけなんですが結構入っていて
でもそれがまたニンニクの辛さをだしてまた美味しかったです。
麺は太縮れ麺。
硬さは普通ですがこれは硬めで歯ごたえを味会う食べ方の方が合いそうなので次回からは硬めでオーダーします！
硬めおすすめ！！
チャーシューぷりぷりかつ歯ごたえがある
意外と腹が溜まるので後半戦に残さないように！！笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小ラーメン頂きました。午後の仕事考えると、大は無理と判断です。スープが甘口で美味しいです、ニンニクを入れてもらって後味がさらに旨い。麺の歯応えと野菜のシャキシャキがスープを吸ってよく絡んでます。合間に食べるトロけるチャーシューが良いアクセントでバランスの良い！コップも初めから大きいのがまた、良い！
