店長さんがオタクでディープな話をしてくれるのが楽しいお店でもありました。

8月の10種のタパスはオール500円です。
ソムリエオススメのワインを付けてセットで1,000円って感じなの。
ペアリングされているワインのリストです。
ビールなど他のアルコールありますが、
やはりここではワインを頂きたいですね。
テーブルチャージは一切無し、ワイン類はグラス1杯500円
甲州のスパークリングワインで乾杯です。
ペアリングで色々飲んで貰う為に、1杯の量は
少な目にしているそうですが、充分ですw
梨とモッツアレラのカプレーゼ
完熟桃の優しい甘さととろける食感、最高のマリアージュ。
オススメはリースリングの白でした。
里芋とベーコンのマッシュグラタン
ベーコンは脂身が少ないヘルシーなモノ、
旨みがジュワ～と里芋にしみこんでます。
ニュージーランドのシャルドネ

久しぶりにこちらまで足を伸ばしました。
立ち飲みスタイルのワインバル。
タパスもグラスワインもワンコインと、明朗会計で、いろいろ楽しめます。
ペアリングもメニューで紹介されているので、ワイン初心者でも気後れなく入れると思います。
ノンアルコールのボタニカルドリンク/shrb（シュラブ）が飲めるお店。
ワインやタパスは月ごとに変わるようなので、毎月通いたくなるお店です。8月は枝豆のムースがおいしかった！
