イメージも何もない状態でしたが、丁寧にご対応いただき、納得のいくものを選べてとても満足しています。

スタッフの方も親切に対応してくださりとても良かったです。

○○日からフェアで安くなります。で済ましてくれればいいものを長々と訳の分からない話をされてこっちも忙しかったりするのにとても迷惑です。プライベートの事などもまぁ遠慮もなしに言ってきます。こっちが返答したらすぐにというより私が喋っている間にまた話し始めてしまい、早く切ろうと思っても切れません。
最初は母も「ここ行ってみる？」と言っていましたが今はその気が無くなったようです。私も利用したいとは思いません。
口コミを見る限りお店の方はとても良さそうなのにとても残念です。

振袖を選ぶ時や前撮り写真選び等で親身に相談に乗って下さり、色々と臨機応変に対応して下さり本当にいい成人式を迎えられました。ありがとうございました！
ですが、振袖の返却は「送り状を貼って出すだけ」と言う説明だったので送料がこちら負担だとは返却日当日まで知りませんでした。確認のため店舗に電話した所「説明不足だったとは思いますが、皆さん元払いです。よろしいですか？」と言われ何も言えませんでした。契約書にも書いてあると言われましたが、説明もなく貼って出すだけという説明では着払いだと思ってしまいました。振袖も送料も決して安くない値段なので悲しい気持ちになってしまいました。
振袖を一緒に選んで下さったスタッフさん、前撮りに協力して下さったスタッフさんはとても良い方達だったのですが、確認や問い合わせで電話対応して下さったスタッフさんは冷たい印象を受けました。

It was said that it was written in the contract, but I thought that it was a cash on delivery if the explanation was just to put it up without explanation. Furisode and shipping costs are not cheap, so I felt sad.
The staff who chose the furisode together and the staff who cooperated with the pre-shooting were very good people, but the staff who responded to the phone for confirmation and inquiries got a cold impression. rice field.
