赤文字で大きく三菱UFJ信託銀行と書いてあります。ATMが3台ほどありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 投資とか株とか関係ない普通の銀行口座の名前を変更したくて、三菱ufj銀行と間違えてこちらの三菱ufj信託銀行に入ってしまい、入り口で券を発行する所にいたスタッフの方に「口座の名前を変更したいのですが...」と言ったら券を発行してくれて「おかけになってお待ち下さい」と言われました。その券をよく見ると、株式...とか書いてあったので、もしかして間違えたかな？と思い、先程のスタッフの方に「株式とか書いてあるのですけど、私は株とか投資とかそういう口座じゃなくて、普通の口座なのですが...」と言ったら、とにかく「おかけになってお待ち下さい」と言われました。
聞いてみてもそう言われたので、座って待っていました。しばらくしたら呼ばれたので、窓口に行きました。
そしたらその窓口の女性の方に「こちらの通帳ですと、ここではございません。信託銀行ではない方の銀行へ行ってください」という事を言われました。だから入り口で聞いたのに....
それも言いました。「先程入り口でスタッフの方に聞いたのですが。。」と言ったら、「こちらではないので」の一点張りか「その時に通帳を見なかったのですかねぇ」とか、ヘタすりゃその時通帳見せなかったこっちが悪いとでも？と思うような言葉さえ言われました。一応さらっと申し訳ございませんとは言っていましたが、全然心がこもっておらず、他の方もおっしゃっていますが上から目線で、すごく感じ悪かったです。
最低でした！！

横浜駅西口至近、東急ハンズが入居する横浜モアーズの隣という伺い易いロケーションです。
口コミ評価が散々なので一定の覚悟をして伺いましたが、一階受付の案内、二階受付の案内、窓口、どこも問題を感じませんでした。
退店時の挨拶も丁寧で、対応が悪いどころか寧ろ良い方だと思います。
たまたま運が良かったのか、口コミの効果で対応の悪い行員が淘汰されて改善したのか、行員が人を見て対応を変えているのか、その辺りは分かりませんが、少なくとも自分の場合は十分良い対応でした。
