★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清潔感のある店舗です。ATMのタッチパネルもUFJやみずほよりもフケみたいなゴミが少なくて良いです！
窓口も5時までやっているのでいつも助かっています！
窓口のお姉さんにとても仕事の早い古株の方がいて、その方に当たると他のスタッフの3倍速であらゆる処理が済ませられるし、閉店間際に駆け込んでもキッチリ手続きしてくれるのでお気に入りです！無駄な動きがなく、テキパキした働きぶりを目にすると、気分がよくなり元気が出てきます！
警備員の方も、行きと帰りにいつも挨拶してくれて気分が良いです。
ただ、メインバンクにしていて割りと預金している割りに、他の銀行に比べて全然優遇措置がないし、
金利が殆どつかない割りに、
他銀行へのネットバンキングでの振込手数料が高過ぎて無駄金が嵩むように感じます。
他の銀行へメインを変えようかな、と思ったりもしますが、横浜支店は好きです！
