麺は他の方が言うように柔らかめ 注文時に言ってくれれば固めにするということがメニューに書いてあったので好みで固めにしてもらうといいかもしれないですね

ザ・昭和な雰囲気の店舗、ラーメン共にこれぞラーメンショップという懐かしい味わいです。
麺固め、しょっぱめのオーダーでネギラーメンを頂きました。
こちらのオーダーが正解でしょうか？間違いの無い安定のラーメンショップの味でした。
サイドメニューも豊富なので、夜は居酒屋さん代わりにもなっているのでしょう。
店内やマスターの雰囲気も、味があり過ぎて最高です。
末永く元気に営業して頂きたいラーメン屋さんです。
下仁田＝ネギで勘違いした、頓珍漢なネギラーメンの無知なレビューが散見されますが、こちらはあくまでも“ラーメンショップ”のネギラーメンだということをお忘れなく。

ラーショも色々ありますが麺の柔らかさは調理見てると他店より湯掻きに時間かけてますね
薄味のスープでしたがニンニク入れるとニンニクラーメンっぽくなりぜんぶ飲み干すとこでした
チャーシューはパサつきのない弾力のあるタイプで美味しかったです
また寄れる機会あれば寄ります

ラーメンはあっさりで麺柔らかいので注文時に好みは伝えた方が良いですよ。
風呂飯セットで堪能出来る店はとても珍しいので末永く営業していて欲しい。
ラーメンの看板出せばどんなお店でも低評価は着くから気にしないでください。
下道走るトラックも減ったけど、時代の流れに負けずにこれからも通います。
