★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上野村道の駅に行き帰りに5才孫が大好きな蒟蒻購入してなかったので帰りに寄り蒟蒻より下仁田コロッケに目が行き10こ購入！揚げてる間に若い女店員さんが、味噌蒟蒻サービス、コリコリして歯ごたえ有りで、美味しかったです。一寸した気遣いにホロリとやはりローカルって良いな～と思った一日でした。
On the way back to Ueno Village Road Station, I didn't buy the konjac that my 5-year-old grandson loves, so I stopped by the konjac and went to Shimonita croquette and bought 10 of them! While frying, a young female clerk gave me a miso konjac service, which was crunchy and chewy, and it was delicious. It was a day when I thought it would be nice to be local with a little care.

It is a drive-in operated by the Shimonita Konjac Manufacturing and Processing Company along the main line that runs from Sakudaira in Nagano Prefecture to Shimonita in Gunma Prefecture. We took a break and ate Konjac Dengaku, but there were many people who were eating.
