榛名神社から登城。神社周囲は石垣でできた陣屋跡のようになっており、石垣がいつのものか分からないが、ここが居館跡だと思われる。神社の側には土塁のように見えるものもある。神社から取り付くと、摺鉢状の斜面を登るがこれがかなりきつい。尾根下にはなぞの石垣が何段かあり、切岸による段郭を補強したようにも思われる。登り切るとそこからは禿山かつ急斜面であり、かなり危険。勇気を振り絞って登ると、そこが主郭であり、綺麗に削平され、文治2年の祠がある。その向こうには切岸、堀切があり、堀切はなかなか見応えがある。よほどの城吉以外は麓の根古屋で帰った方がいい。

Climb the castle from Haruna Shrine. The area around the shrine looks like the ruins of a Jinya made of stone walls, and I don't know when the stone walls were, but it seems that this is the ruins of the residence. Some of the shrines look like earthworks. When attached from the shrine, it climbs a bowl-shaped slope, which is quite difficult. There are several steps of mysterious stone walls under the ridge, and it seems that the steps were reinforced by the cut bank. After climbing all the way up, it is a bald mountain and a steep slope, which is quite dangerous. If you climb with courage, you will find the main shrine, which is beautifully flattened and has a shrine for the second year of Bunji. Beyond that, there are Kirikiri and Horikiri, and Horikiri is quite spectacular. It's better to go home at the Nekoya at the foot of the mountain, except for Shiroyoshi.
