北	北澤晃弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて訪問しました。お昼時に伺ったのでお客さんも結構入っていました。店内も広く、小上がりで頂きました。コロナ対策もしっかりされていて、恥ずかしながら、食べ終わった後にマスクをせずに話しをしていたところ、ご協力をお願いしますと言われて、恐縮しました。お客さんのことをきちんと考えているお店だなと思いました。ラーメンと味噌ラーメンとギョウザを頂きました。中太麺でボリームもあり、スープも飲みやすく美味しかったです。ギョウザも大きく食べごたえがありました。ラーメンの種類もたくさんあるので、次回は違ったのを頂きたいと思います。 I visited for the first time. ぽ	ぽてちん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 伊那インターチェンジの近くにお店はありました。お店の前の駐車場に車を停めて入店。14:00頃入店したので店内にはお客さんが少なく好きな席へ座らせてもらうことができました。店内にはカウンター席、テーブル席、お座敷席とありました。メニュー表を見ると各種ラーメン、ご飯物、お酒類にいろんなおつまみが書かれていました。今日は豚骨醤油ラーメンをいただきました。器には大判の海苔が３枚、ほうれん草にキャベツ、海苔に負けない大ぶりのチャーシューが盛りつけられていてこれぞ家系ラーメン！といったビジュアルでした。スープは豚骨の香りもさることながら醤油の香りも相まって美味しさを期待させるいい香りがしました。すすると豚骨の脂が醤油の塩味をまろやかに味あわせてくれて飲み込むとしっかり醤油の塩味を舌にまとわせて余韻を残していきました。麺は中太の短い麺で箸でつまんで見てみると麺の表面は透き通った様に茹で上げられていて芯が残ったような綺麗な茹で上がりでした。中太麺はモチモチしていて塩味の強いコク旨醤油スープがよくからんでとても美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。(^o^) There was a shop near the Ina interchange.
