久	久保裕嗣 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12月に高梁市に引っ越して来て、近所をブラブラして見つけました。店名から見るとそばがメインかと思ったのですがうどんがメインなのでしょうか？看板やメニューを見るとそうとしか思えない感じです。他にお客さんはいなくて、お店の方(お父さん)一人でした。今回はお試しで「きつねうどん」を頼みました。店の入り口にはお好み焼きも書いてましたが店内には表示はないのでやめたのでしょうか。うどんの麺はもっちりですごく柔らかいです。コシは全くありません。しかし、これはこれで有りかと思えるくらい出汁とマッチしていて普通に美味しかったです。私は大阪出身ですが、転勤等で香川県、福岡県とそれぞれうどんが有名な所にそれぞれ5年以上住んでいました。そのどこにもなかった感じのうどんでした。出汁も美味しくほとんど飲み干してしまいました。強いて言うなら福岡で食べた「牧のうどん」の柔らかさの麺でもう少しもっちりした感じの麺です。風邪を引いたときにすごく良さそうな感じがしました。あげが醤油辛い感じが最初したのですが、出汁と混ざっているうちに程よくなっていきます。今度はそばを食べてみたいと思います。 I moved to Takahashi City in December and found it by wandering around the neighborhood. I'm from Osaka, but I've lived in Kagawa and Fukuoka prefectures for more than 5 years because of my transfer. It was a udon that didn't exist anywhere. The soup stock was delicious and I almost drank it. The soft noodles of "Maki no Udon" that I ate in Fukuoka are a little more chewy. I felt very good when I caught a cold. The soy sauce was spicy at first, but it gets better as it mixes with the soup stock. I would like to eat soba this time.
