炭火でお肉を焼くステーキ屋さん。
ここと木更津の2店舗あり地元では人気みたいです。
ここのシェフいわく、ステーキは炭火で焼くのが、何よりもおいしいとのこと。30年の経験から、この調理法のみでステーキを提供しているらしいです。
こだわりの炭火で焼くステーキは、外側はとっても美味しそうな焦げ目がついて、中はとってもジューシーに仕上がっています。さすが匠の焼き加減です。この焼き加減が他では味わえないおいしさを引き出してます。
ステーキはカットしてあり、お箸で頂けます。この気取らない感じがまた良いです。
お肉料理もとても美味しいですが、ここの自家製ケーキもとっても美味しいです。
おすすめはチーズケーキ。とっても濃厚でクセになります。

また、接客面でも、メッシュの入った若い女性店員にジロジロと見られ不快でした。接客業としてどうなのでしょうか。

内装も凝っていて、いい雰囲気でした。
混んでいた上に閉店間際に滑り込んだので、
多少は時間がかかると思っていましたが、
店員さんの腰が低く、「遅くなってすみません」と何度も謝られ、かえって恐縮してしまいました。
今度は、もう少し早く伺います。

昼も夜も食べれる桂ステーキは150gで税込1,210円、200gは1,650円とお得で、安いからそれなりだろうと思っていたら柔らかくて美味しかったです。
写真はサーロインステーキ200gで3,410円と、こちらもおすすめです。
画像では脂が多く見えますがしつこさはなく美味しかったです。
あらかじめカットしてあって箸で食べるのもよいかと思います。

ステーキハウス桂 君津店
ステーキとハンバーグを食べに訪店。
平日で開店から5分ほど経ってから到着したが、既に３組ほど入店していた。
数量限定の切り落としステーキとハンバーグを注文。
切り落としステーキは色々な部位が入っているので、それぞれの歯応えと味が楽しめる。
ハンバーグは香ばしく柔らかいながらも肉感が有り肉汁が溢れる。
感想としては接客も良く、味も大手チェーン店より旨い。
金額もそれほど高くはないし（個人差あり）
全体的なバランスを考えたらなかなか良いと思うよ。

タンシチューとビーフシチューを食べ比べてみたけど、やっぱりビーフシチュー！！是非おススメです。肉がホロホロですよ。だから歯が悪い親にも安心して食べさせられます。
ケーキも美味しい。一つが税抜350円なのに大きくて食べ応えあります。満足！
