a	a ao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が悪い。多くの患者を抱えてるのは理解できるが、ひとつの電話を適当に雑に、話聞かず対応していいわけではない。仕事が立て込んで大変なのはどの職種も同じでは？利用する側をストレス発散の材料にしないでほしいし、その立場を選んだのはあなたでは？最低限のマナー持った上で仕事してほしい。緊急時とか、忙しい時って人間性が出ますよね。自分はそんな人間でありたくないです。横浜コールセンターからの紹介で、遠かったけど利用せざるを得なかったが、もう利用しないです。 Telephone correspondence is poor. It's understandable that I have a lot of patients, but I can't just handle one phone without talking. Isn't it the same for all occupations that it is difficult to get the job done? I don't want the user to be a source of stress relief, and who chose that position? I want you to work with the minimum etiquette. Humanity comes out in an emergency or when you are busy. I don't want to be that kind of person. I was introduced by the Yokohama Call Center, but I had to use it though it was far away, but I don't use it anymore.

た	たらばがにかなえ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２日間熱が続き、こんなご時世ですので気になって横浜市のコールセンターに電話しました。紹介された某2医院に電話すると予約が一杯なので診られないとの返答。去年、コロナワクチンでお世話になったこちらにダメ元で電話すると快く診て頂けました。伺ったときには既に熱が下がっておりましたが、前日まで熱があったことを伝え、発熱外来として診て頂きました。医院の向かい側にある駐車場（三台停められる）に停めたら連絡下さい、とのことで、到着後お電話して、病院内で誰とも重ならない状態で病院内へ。防護服を着た看護師さんが案内してくださいました。先生からの問診後、診療所のカーポートにて外から見えないよう配慮された場所にてPCR検査までして下さいました。（鼻に棒を突っ込むタイプです?）結果が出るまで2、3日かかるそうです。また、喉の痛み等があったため、薬は病院にて処方して下さり、本当に助かりました。患者のことを考え、またコロナが拡がるのを防ぐ素晴らしい病院だと思います。結果が出るまでドキドキですが、同じような人がいらっしゃるのではと思い、記憶が新たなうちに口コミさせて頂きます。本当にありがとうございました！！！ I had a fever for two days, and I was worried about this time, so I called the call center in Yokohama.
