その後陽性反応が出て会社を休んだので傷病手当を申請したく医師に書いてもらう項目があるので、こちらに再度電話で確認してその書類を書いて頂けるということで再度伺いましたが、検査のみで通院歴がない為書けないと断られました、その後も協会けんぽに確認したが、こちらでは書かなくていいと言われた！と返答がありました
だれが書く書かないではなく
申し訳ないですが、とかすみませんとか一言最初に添えてほしかったです。なりたくてなった病気じゃないし、辛い療養期間だったのに、医療関係の方に心ない対応されてとても悲しかったです、先生や他には柔らかい対応の方もいる中残念でした

I'm sorry, but I wanted you to add a word such as "I'm sorry" at the beginning. It wasn't an illness that I wanted to become, and although it was a painful medical treatment period, I was very sad to be treated by the medical staff, and I was disappointed that there were teachers and other soft people.

それに対して受付の方が無愛想、聞くのも聞きづらい雰囲気を持っていて残念に思います。他の方のコメントにあるように、スミマセンの１言が足りないです。
ミスがあるのは仕方ないと思いますが１言つけ加えるだけで気持ちが良いものです。先生が良いのでこれからもお世話になりたいです。
A very calm and reassuring teacher. I am indebted to him because he treats my children kindly.
On the other hand, I am sorry that the receptionist is unfriendly and has an atmosphere that is hard to hear. As others have commented, one word from Sumimasen is missing.
I think it's unavoidable to make a mistake, but it feels good just to add one word. The teacher is good, so I would like to continue to take care of him.
