な	なかみたふ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当が清水さんと言う方だったのですが、物件選びの際も将来的なことまで考えた親身な相談して頂きま物件へ内見に言った際にも周辺の施設や最寄り駅に行く道など細かく説明して頂き大変分かりやすかったです。また、年末に物件を探し年始での引越しを予定していたのですが、その予定通り動けるように不動産の休みの日にまで必要書類等の連絡・対応を行って頂き大変助かりました。物件決定後も鍵の受け渡しの際、管理会社側がいきなり火災保険加入書類も提出済みでなければ鍵は渡せないと言い出したのですが(指定の保険会社と連絡を取り書類は後日で問題ないと確認していた) 清水さんが、それはおかしいと言って鍵を直接管理会社に取りに行って家に届けてくれました。私の仕事が出張が多く、書類準備を円滑に進めることができなかったのですがその都度都合を合わせ対応して頂けました。清水さんが担当だったからこそ予定が押すことなく物件を決め、引越しができたんだと思っています。他の従業員の方もいつも笑顔で店内の雰囲気がとても良かったので担当がどの方でも親身な対応をして貰えそうだと印象を受けました。ネット評価を見て不動産選びをした訳ではなかったのですが、今回書き込む際に他の方の評価を見て、良い不動産に巡り会えたと再認識しました。京王線沿線での引越しを考えているならハウス賃貸さんへ行けば満足のいく物件へ引越すことが出来ると思います！ The person in charge was Mr. Shimizu, but when choosing a property, please consult with us considering the future.
