まだ審査通過がしていないので、入居確定まで至っていませんがとても良い仕事をしてくれる方です。
気遣いも素晴らしいです。
恐らく目の前の契約というよりは、長い目で見た対応をしてくださるのでリピートの方も多いのではと感じます。
知人にも安心して紹介できる方です。
仲介手数料は1ヶ月＋消費税と法定規則のmaxまでかかりますが、この方にならお支払いしても良いなと思える方でした。

色々な不動産屋を巡る度に、商売感情剥き出しで対応してくる方々とのやり取りに正直うんざりしていましたが、牟田さんは今まで対応して下さった方々とは違い、こちらの生活を汲み取った上での長い目で見たお部屋探しに付き合って下さいました。
お部屋探しは衣食住の重要な部分ですので、お部屋の内容も勿論ですが、不動産屋さんの人柄や誠実さもご縁のひとつだと思っております。
今回は残念ながらお部屋の内容にご縁が無く、決断にまでは至りませんでしたが、また千歳烏山付近で探す際は必ず牟田さんにお願いしたいと感じてます。お勧めです。
