とても美味しくてビックリ。４号のホールケーキですが、ストロベリームースとソースのマッチングとナッツの絶妙なアクセントであっという間に消えて無くなりました。
近々、リピート予定です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマスケーキを予約し、楽しみにしていましたが、出来上がりから時間が経っていたのか外側のスポンジは硬くなっており、写真ではわかりづらいですが、生クリームも丁寧に塗られておらずでとても残念なクリスマスになりました。もうクリスマスケーキの予約はしないと思います。

先客2名、私の後ろにも3人くらい並んでいました。
悩んだ挙句、レアチーズケーキとイチゴタルトを購入。
レアチーズケーキは重さが全くなく、甘さもケーキ自体もとても軽やかでした。
ワンホール食べれそうなくらいです。
いちごタルトも最高です。
カスタードの甘さと存在感、固めのタルト生地の食感が好きです。
他の方のクチコミにもありましたが、ケーキに乗ってるイチゴを甘くておいしいと思うことはあまりないのでそれにも感動しました。
シュークリームやちとからロールも美味しい様なのでまた頃合い見て買いに行きます！
