★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詳しくは書かないし他の担当者は知りませんが住んだあとのことを考えるなら、担当K村はやめたほうがよいです。当初からエアコン水漏れ、コンセント不通などろくな管理されてない物件だったし、契約後の対応は非情です。
