オススメはできません。

・提出した書類を出していないと言う
・他の仲介業者に伝えていない制約条件を後出しする
・上のような制約条件を内見前に伝えない
・先着順と言いつつ、申し込みが多かったので大家さんに選んでもらうと後から言い出す
2〜3月の繁忙期であればしょうがないなと思うんですが...
若者も多い千歳烏山にありながら、"今の時代"に合ったスピード感ある不動産屋さんではないなという印象です。

事情説明:
1、ヴィラ仙川401を事前に確認して外国人ok
2、8/21鍵取りで内見済み、お客様を一緒に店で申込シートを記入した
3、当日、コロナのせいで申込書を持ち帰って、記入させた後FAXとメールで両方とも申込書と身分証明書を送りました。
4、8/22 13時くらい電話が来て、総合的に断ると言われた。
5、外国人の問題か、年収の問題か或いは弊社の対応が良くないかと聞いても、すべてではないと答えた。
6、お客様はオーストラリア人で英語、日本語(会話レベル)、中国語が話せる、ロレアル(上場企業)に勤めている(マネージャー)年収は商社の管理職と同じ。女性(その物件は女性限定だから)、礼儀正しい、日本文化が好きて、2年前に日本部署に移動した。日本の常識も勿論持っています。
7、保証会社からの審査電話もまだ来ていないし、そっちの問題ではないと答えた。
理由を聞いても答えてくれなかった。もし、案内する前に、外国人がダメだったら、事前に言えばいいじゃないか、申し込みする時にダメだったら、その場で断ったいいじゃないかと思うけど、
8、鍵取りする時に、気に入ったら当日早く申し込んでくださいと言われ、申し込みシートも貰いましたが、言った通り条件にすべて合うのに、他人の好意とオーナー様の利益を無視している業者としか感じません。
弊社の意見と経験を参考して、その会社の物件を紹介する時、是非慎重に検討してください。

募集、管理を任せているオーナーさんは急いで離れる事をお勧めします。
日曜祝日はもちろん定休日です。営業時間が10時から17時とホワイトな営業の為、お部屋探しをしているお客様は内見できません。
お客様が多い営業日、時間帯を意図的に避け、お客様より社員のプライベートを大切にする、ある意味素晴らしい会社です。
さらに申込には必ずマルトミAM店舗に直接足を運び、申込書を貰う必要があります。
しかも店舗での申込書の記入をさせてくれません。
どこまでもお部屋探しをしている人達に手間暇を掛けさせる業社です。
こんな不動産業者を見た事がなく新鮮です。
窓口の人達は口癖のように上長に確認しますとの回答ばかりで、上長の確認がないと仕事が進まないのも審査や業務停滞の原因かと推測します。
長々と何が言いたいかといいますと、任せていたら大切な部屋が決まらないと言うことです。
