厄	厄除祈願 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーナーさん、大至急逃げてください！募集、管理を任せているオーナーさんは急いで離れる事をお勧めします。日曜祝日はもちろん定休日です。営業時間が10時から17時とホワイトな営業の為、お部屋探しをしているお客様は内見できません。お客様が多い営業日、時間帯を意図的に避け、お客様より社員のプライベートを大切にする、ある意味素晴らしい会社です。さらに申込には必ずマルトミAM店舗に直接足を運び、申込書を貰う必要があります。しかも店舗での申込書の記入をさせてくれません。どこまでもお部屋探しをしている人達に手間暇を掛けさせる業社です。こんな不動産業者を見た事がなく新鮮です。窓口の人達は口癖のように上長に確認しますとの回答ばかりで、上長の確認がないと仕事が進まないのも審査や業務停滞の原因かと推測します。長々と何が言いたいかといいますと、任せていたら大切な部屋が決まらないと言うことです。 Owner, please run away as soon as possible!
