不動産としての対応が全くなってないと感じてしまいました。 内見の日に大まかな見積書も無く木曜日に見積りを送りますと言われ待っていても連絡も無いし見積りも届きません。 しびれを切らして日曜日に電話。 そしたら、まだ見積り届いてないって。。 連絡の一つ無いんですかね? 結局見積書を貰ったのは契約日前日、考える暇を与えない為かと思ってしまいます。 とても、残念です。 もう二度と行かないと思います。

星1も付ける価値ないです。 まず内見出来ると電話で確認して現地集合した所、リフォーム(?)業者が鍵を持ち帰ってしまったとか何とかで見学出来ませんでした。 暑い中わざわざ現地まで行ったのに段取りが悪くこの時点でかなり不快。 元々2番手での申込希望でしたので、1番手の方の申込状況の詳細を確認の上、翌週に再度内見する運びになり(再内見日の日付、おおよその時間帯まで決め)向こうからの電話を待つ事になりました。 ところが再内見日が近付いてきても一向に連絡が来ず、結局こちらから電話しました。 別の方が出てすぐに担当者から折り返すと言われましたが、折り返しは来ませんでした。 再内見日当日も、それ以降も一切連絡はなく今に至ります。 こんなに不快な思いをしたのは初めてですが、逆にこんな所で契約しなくて良かったです。 今後も不動産にお世話になる際は千歳烏山に限らずウィンズは絶対に避けたいと思います。
