先日贈答用のお菓子を買いに行ったら、待っている間冷たい麦茶と、砂糖でくるんだマスカットを出してくれました。ご馳走さまでした。
桃、マンゴー、びわ等のゼリーは、色といい形といい｢まるごとフルーツ感」がスゴい！!
お味は？？・・・今度買ってみますね。
お菓子ひとつひとつのネーミングもユニークです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビックリする程感じ悪いです。いらっしゃいませはもちろん無く、こちらから声かけしても今忙しいので待ってください！と年配の女性店員が睨んでくる始末。
商品はバンバン音を立てて雑に扱い、贈答用とお伝えしても渡す袋も雨よけカバーの声かけもなし。
こちらの商品が好きだった為贈答用に選びましたが、悲しくて仕方ないです。星もつけたくないですし、もう2度と利用しません。

伝統的な和菓子と、それを現代人向けにアレンジした親しみやすいお菓子の両方がある。アレンジされたものも高級感があり、ゼリーだったり、カスタードだったりを必ず四季折々の和風テイストを入れながら"吉兆庵ナイズ"している。
鎌倉せんべいはセンベイという名前ながらクリームを挟んだビスケットで、波形の形状が印象的なお菓子。
★★★悪い点★★★
特にありません。昨今は海外進出しているようですが、なかなか海外の方に受け入れられる味ではないようで、知名度はあまり上がっていないようです。ヨックモックのシガールのように、素朴な味ながら繊細で受け入れられるものもあるので、その辺はマーケティング次第なのではないでしょうか。

店内は広く、季節感がある商品が揃っていました。喫茶スペースも。
どれがいいかなと迷っていたら店員さんが声をかけてくれ、色々と相談に乗ってくれました。
のしに関しても、季節もののの熨斗があると教えていただいたりと親切に対応していただきました。
また利用したいです！
