★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は普通です。お手頃価格なのでたまに買います。ただ、他の方の口コミにもある様に店員さんの態度は販売業としていかがなものかと思います。そこまで丁寧に対応しろとは言いませんが、団子を棚から出して下の方から顔も見る事なく値段だけ言われました。売ってあげてる感半端ないです。なんだかとっても残念な気持ちになりますよね。久しぶりに買いに行って、買わなきゃ良かったと思ってしまいました。
 tastes normal. I buy it occasionally because it is reasonably priced. However, as the word of mouth of other people says, I think the attitude of the clerk is what it is like as a sales business. I didn't say that I should deal with it so politely, but I was told only the price without looking at the face from the bottom when I took the dumplings off the shelf. I don't feel like I'm selling it. It's kind of disappointing, isn't it? I went to buy it after a long time and thought I should have bought it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お団子好きでたまに利用しますが、4本とか本数が少ないとあからさまに嫌な顔をされるので、仕方なく6本とか多めに買います。基本的に笑顔や感じの良い接客はなくやっつけ仕事みたいな態度なのが残念な店です。チトカラに他にだんご屋があるならそちらに行くと思います。
I like dumplings and use it occasionally, but if the number of dumplings is small, I get an unpleasant face, so I have no choice but to buy 6 or more. It's a pity that there is basically no smile or pleasant customer service, and the attitude is like a defeated job. If there is another dumpling shop in Chitokara, I think I will go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千歳烏山駅から徒歩1分、商店街の一画に昔からあるお団子屋さん。気軽に一串から買える手軽さに、あんこやみたらし団子といった定番品から抹茶あずきやクリーム大福などのアレンジ品まで、悩んで楽しめるラインナップ、それにお店奥で手作りされてる優しくホッコリする美味しさが魅力。
例えばひな祭りの三色団子や柏餅や、こどもの日の柏餅など、お団子や和菓子関連が絡むイベントや祭事の時にはずっとお店の前には購入の並びができている。
2階でイートインも可。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもが喜ぶ三色団子があって良き。みたらしは甘くない、醤油はしょっぱい、ずんだは普通、磯部はめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
2022年3月から値上げとのことですが、元々少し安すぎる気もしますよね。
そして皆さん仰るように、接客が大嫌いなんだろうな〜という人が接客してるのが大変残念な点ではあります。

It is said that the price will be raised from March 2022, but it seems that it is a little too cheap from the beginning.
