★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a set with unagi over rice, unagi liver soup, and some side dishes. The liver soup was tasty, though the liver itself doesn’t have a lot of flavor. The unagi over rice main dish is hugely disappointing: I wasn’t able to taste the unagi flavor. I felt like the fish wasn’t properly cooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mixture of excellent food, view, and hospitality makes this an overall great place to get some unagi (cooked and flavored eel). We really enjoyed the soup which had a delicious smoky flavor and a rich red color. The staff were extra kind. Order the yuba and yakitori for more deliciousness.
