1階の方です
店舗はかなり小さいため品ぞろえは少ないですが
見やすく陳列されています
公式から取り置きをお願いしたのですが
情報はきちんと共有管理されているようで
その旨を言うとすぐに用意してくださいました
丁寧でしっかりした応対が気持ちいいお店です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入しようとした物が現品しかないと1階で言われましたが、4階の方へ行ったら普通に在庫ありました。
近くで在庫があるお店も教えてくれなかったし、ましてや4階に在庫あるならそれは言うべきじゃないですか？
レディースとメンズでやり合ってんだかしらないけど、不親切すぎて笑えました。
I was told on the 1st floor that the only item I was trying to buy was the actual item, but when I went to the 4th floor, it was normally in stock.
He didn't tell me which stores are in stock nearby, let alone if they are in stock on the 4th floor, shouldn't he say that?
I don't know if ladies and men are interacting with each other, but it was too unfriendly and made me laugh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策の為、入店人数を制限していて並んで入店しました。入店したのが閉店30分前だったので急いで決めた方が良かったのかもしれませんが、高価な物なので慎重に検討しているうちに閉店時間になってしまいました。それでも、スタッフさんはとても丁寧な接客で、また知識も豊富でした。仕事で使うバッグと小銭入れを購入しましたが、とても気に入ってます。1階のスタッフさんも4階のスタッフさんも素晴らしい‼️
また、西武デパートのお店のドアを閉める方も、ずーっと嫌な顔をせずに待っていてくださいました。有難うございました。
As a measure against corona, we restricted the number of people entering the store and entered the store side by side. I entered the store 30 minutes before the store closed, so it might have been better to decide in a hurry, but since it is an expensive item, it was time to close after careful consideration. Even so, the staff were very polite and knowledgeable. I bought a bag and coin purse for work and I really like it. The staff on the 1st floor and the staff on the 4th floor are wonderful! ️
Also, the person who closes the door of the Seibu department store has been waiting for me without making an unpleasant face. Thank you.
