鰻は柔らかく、垂れは濃くなく薄くない上品な感じの鰻重でした。 平日の開店直後に一人で伺いましたが、接客態度が丁寧で落ち着いて食事ができました。

出前で利用、うな重の極上(3500円)をいただきました。サッパリ目のタレ、ふわふわの身、絶妙なご飯の炊き加減、川魚臭さも全くなく、とても美味しいうな重でした。高齢の母、高学年と低学年の娘2人、そして妻、皆、美味しいと大喜びでした。本当に美味しいお料理は、年齢に関係なく、喜ばれるものだと改めて感じた次第です。この満足度であれば、1人前3500円も決して高くはないと思いました。次回はお店でゆっくりと、お酒を飲みながら、つまみや串物も食べてみたいです。

鰻重の極上を注文。 鰻の照りが良かった。味も良かった。特に、ご飯にかかったタレの按配が良い。
