平日の開店直後に一人で伺いましたが、接客態度が丁寧で落ち着いて食事ができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文されてから蒸すうな重はご飯の硬さとウナギの蒸し加減とちょうど良い味付けのタレが調和していて美味。山椒と一緒に噛めば噛むほど口の中が幸せいっぱい。お新香もバランス良い漬け具合で口の中が爽やかに戻る。肝吸いは熱すぎず香り高く優しい美味しさ。蒸す時間を待つ間に高まる期待以上の丁寧なお料理。時間をかけてゆっくりと味わう価値あり。ランチ休憩一時間では足りないので注意。スタッフは控え目だが気遣いあり丁寧で居心地がよい。

今は四代目との事でした。
鰻の本身が、ホッコリと柔らかで美味しく戴けて、タレはアッサリとした味に仕上げています。
キモも注文しましたが、６人居ましたが１本しかないから、諦めて、骨揚げを貰います。
此れ又、塩味が利いて、ツマミに中々イケルデショ‼️??。
トータル的には、＜親父好み⤴️＞と言うより、一度味わうと逃げられなくなる＜爺殺し?⤵️＞と言う、上品な仕上がりに成っています。
確かに、小上がりのテーブルを囲んで≪鰻重≫を食べましたが、前のテーブル席には、熟年層のサラリーマン?が、仕事の話題で三人食べていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出前で利用、うな重の極上（３５００円）をいただきました。サッパリ目のタレ、ふわふわの身、絶妙なご飯の炊き加減、川魚臭さも全くなく、とても美味しいうな重でした。高齢の母、高学年と低学年の娘２人、そして妻、皆、美味しいと大喜びでした。本当に美味しいお料理は、年齢に関係なく、喜ばれるものだと改めて感じた次第です。この満足度であれば、１人前３５００円も決して高くはないと思いました。次回はお店でゆっくりと、お酒を飲みながら、つまみや串物も食べてみたいです。

鰻の照りが良かった。味も良かった。特に、ご飯にかかったタレの按配が良い。
