小	小形雅之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二郎系をリスペクトしているお店とのこと。朝ごはんを抜いてきたので「さわばたスペシャル全部増し」を頼みました。勢いでまかない丼も(笑) 見た目はびっくりするほどのインパクトはありませんが、野菜、ニンニク、脂、チャーシューの存在感はあります。天地返しを無事に終えてスープを一口。スープは…旨い！しょっぱさに甘みがある。麺を一口…旨い！！ポキポキと歯切れ良い太麺。炒め野菜も脂が絡んで旨い( ≧∀≦)ノ後半はちょっと脂が重く感じましたが、一気に食べきれました。おいしかった！まかない丼も甘め(うすいではなく甘い)の味付けで個人的に好きな味でした。おいしかった！そろそろ大食いもきつくなってきたので、半スペシャルがあるといいな～☺️ It is a shop that respects Jiro. T	T X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンの評判が多いですが、ここのメインは肉そばとカツ丼だと思います。カツ丼をミニにしたお得な肉そばとミニカツ丼のセットで両方味わうこともできます。谷地の味を手軽に味わうことができるお店です。カウンター席もテーブル席もあり、ファミリー層もおひとり様も気軽に入れる雰囲気があるお店です。故に昼時は平日でもそこそこ混んでいます。お店の前の駐車場が狭く、目の前の道は片側一車線の2車線道路と細い道しかないので、車で来店する場合は注意が必要です。公共交通機関で来店される場合、山形駅から荒戸経由長井行きにのって富南バス停で降りるのが一番近いですが、本数がかなり少ないので、南山形経由上山・高松葉山温泉行きの深町バス停から歩くか、遠くはなりますが両方が止まる南館バス停から歩くといいかもしれません。 Ramen has a lot of reputation, but I think the main dishes here are meat soba and katsudon. 夕	夕焼け on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日のお昼にお邪魔しました。駐車場は八台くらい止められます。少し狭いです。少し離れた所に、第二駐車場もあるようです。店内はきれいで、入るとすぐに、すぐにお姉さんが案内してくれました。カウンターは仕切りのボードがあり、コロナ対策はしっかりとされています。さわばたらーめんとゲソ天、肉中華とソースカツ丼のセットを注文。さわばたらーめんは熱々です！醤油スープの上に炒めた野菜が持ってあります。茹でたもやしではなく炒めているせいか熱々です。油が表面で層になって、スープ、麺も熱々でした。熱いのでお気をつけてとの店員さんの言葉を聞き逃していたら口の中火傷すると思います。熱々シャキシャキの野菜とプリプリの麺で汗かきながら、最後まで美味しくいただきました。肉中華とソースカツ丼は正統派な味です。肉中華のプリプリの麺、ソースカツのほのかなカレー風味、どこか懐かしい感じがします。今度は山盛りのやつを試して見たいと思います。 I visited you at noon on Sunday. y	y.y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごく混んでるラーメン屋さんなので、人気のお店かと思います。お一人様～家族までとても入りやすいお店かなと思います(^^) ラーメンも中華美味しかったです(^-^) 個人的に気になったことを2つ。お冷やのグラスにお水をセルフでいれるのですが、いれたあとに水の表面を見ると脂が浮いていました…。 2回お店に行ったのですが、2回ともそうでした。１回目はお水を飲まずにそのまま食べて、2回目のときは大丈夫なグラスを探すため水を入れて確認して～を繰り返したのですが、家族分をと思うとなかなか見つけれず手がつけれないコップが増えて行きそうなのでそれはお店にも迷惑だろうと店員さんにこの時点でお話しました。とても、丁寧な対応で代わりのグラスを準備してくれました(^-^) もう１点は、注文したどんぶりに虫が入っていたこと。ハエでした…。子どもが食べてたカツ丼に入っていて、一緒にカラカラに揚げられていたのがでてきました。1/3しか食べていなかったのですが、もう気持ち悪くて食べれなくなってました。ただ、これも伝えたらとても丁寧に謝罪していただきこの分のお支払いはしていません。対応はとても誠実で丁寧でした。飲食店ですので、清潔さや食べ物には今後さらに注意していただけると幸いです。 It's a very crowded ramen shop, so I think it's a popular shop.
