★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、築３０年の浴室リフォームをしていただきました。我が家の風呂は変形一坪（浴槽が0.75坪タイプと同じで洗い場が広い）タイプで、タカラスタンダートのユニットバスか外壁を壊して１坪タイプを入れるかの提案がありました。外壁を壊すと費用と工期の点で却下。
タカラスタンダートのショールームで0.75坪の浴槽を見るとあまりの小ささに途方に暮れてしまいました。これからの老後をこれまでより小さい風呂で生活して行くのかと思うとちょっとがっかりしていました。そんな時内壁側に25cmほどの隙間があることがわかり、内壁を壊すことで浴室幅を２０ｃｍ拡張し、浴槽も大きい物を入れることができるようになりました。
タカラスタンダート一押しのホーロー浴槽
は浴槽だけで100kgオーバーの重量があり、保温力抜群でどこかの温泉の温まりの湯のような入り心地です。それに天井床壁に断熱材を入れてもらったので、冬が楽しみです。
とても難しいリフォームでしたが飯野建築さんの技術とアイディアで大満足の仕上がりでした。

The bath in my house is a modified 1 tsubo type (the bathtub is the same as the 0.75 tsubo type and the washing area is wide), and there was a proposal to put in a 1 tsubo type by breaking the Takara Standard unit bath or the outer wall. If the outer wall is broken, it will be rejected in terms of cost and construction period.
When I saw the 0.75 tsubo bathtub in the Takara Standard showroom, I was at a loss because it was too small. I was a little disappointed when I thought that I would live in a smaller bath in my old age. At that time, I found that there was a gap of about 25 cm on the inner wall side, and by breaking the inner wall, the width of the bathroom was expanded by 20 cm, and it became possible to put large things in the bathtub.

The bathtub alone weighs over 100 kg, and has excellent heat retention, making it feel like the warm water of some hot spring. I also had the ceiling, floor and walls put insulation, so I'm looking forward to winter.
It was a very difficult remodeling, but I was very satisfied with the technique and ideas of Mr. Iino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、こちらの工務店さんで施工をお願いした住宅をお引渡しいただきました。しばらく過ごしてみて高断熱高気密住宅の性能を実感しています。
こちらの工務店さんは、文翔館の時計制作に関わるなど山形で歴史ある工務店です。大工さんたちの技術も良く、若手の大工さんも技術コンクールなどで入賞するなどプライドを持ってお仕事をされ丁寧にお仕事をされています。加えて、先の高断熱高気密住宅やデザイン性、IoTなどの付加価値にも興味を持たれ、新しい家造りを実現してくれるのも特徴です。
と、良いことしか書いていませんが、住んでみるとなお一層、お願いして良かったなと思います。家造りは作るだけでなく、その後のアフターフォローも重要だと思います。家だけでなく住人と工務店の人たちと信頼感も丁寧に築いていただけ、安心感があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、こちらの工務店で山形市に美容室の店舗を建て頂きました。
普段は住宅をメインにされている工務店ですが、社長の飯野さんに相談したところ、快く快諾してくださいました。
私自身も工業高校出身ですので多少なり建築、設計の知識はありました。しかしながら飯野建築様の妥協のない、誠実な仕事ぶりに感動し、学ぶべき点がたくさんありました。
現場での職人さんとの真剣なやりとりは一度は皆さんも足を運んで見て、聞いてみてください。より一層、建物への愛着が湧きます。
皆が真剣に誠実に仕事をする事によって時代が過ぎても風化しない素晴らしいものができるのですね。
図面、パースで見て、想像してたものよりも、実物は遥かに素晴らしいものでした。
ご縁があり、飯野社長の元を訪ねることができ、本当によかったです。ありがとうございました。

お話を聞いた時の、家作りに対するこだわりや職人さんとしてのプライドに夫婦共々感動しました。
実際に見たモデルハウスでも、木をふんだんに使用された素敵なお家で、こういうお家を建てたい！と2人で飯野さんにお願いしよう！と即決しておりました。
またレスポンスも早く、聞きたい事や急なお願いの連絡でも直ぐに対応してくれます。
設計を担当してくれた方もすごく素敵な方で、私達のこういう家がいい！こうしたい！という要望を親身になって聞いて下さいました。
メリットデメリットを惜しみ無く教えて下さるので、すごく勉強になります。
そして計画を立ててる中で生活をしているイメージができるような、分かりやすく楽しいお打ち合わせでした。
想像していたお家よりもすごく素敵なお家が完成して、本当に満足しています。
大工さんも皆さん誠実な方ばかりで、お優しい方々です。
現場でのお打ち合わせも、お家が出来上がっていく過程が見れる事で｢一緒に家作りをしている｣感じがして、すごく嬉しかったです。
