★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2代目辛味噌+納豆がお気に入り。
やっぱりこのバランスが絶妙だなぁ…と思います。
駐車場も出入口が二方向あるので便利で入りやすさはあると思いますし、食券機でのチケット買わないので、迷っても店員さんに聞けるのでわかりやすいのでオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ からし味噌ラーメン頂きました。ニンニクの香りがほんんどしないのに、このスープのコク、食べた後の満足度が凄い‼︎麺の茹で加減が絶妙によく、こちらも満足度満点。店主たちの、飾らない朴訥な人柄がとても好きです。2020年9月中旬より、場所を変え新装開店するので、こちらのお店は2020年8月までとなります。こちらの、昭和を感じる懐かしい雰囲気が好きだったので、ギリギリに来れて良かったです。唐揚げなどもあり、本店にないメニューもありますから、子供たちを連れて来ると、大喜びしてくれます。新店舗でも通い続けます。美味しかったです。

I really like the undecided personality of the shop owners. From mid-September 2020, we will change the location and open a new store, so this shop will be until August 2020. I liked the nostalgic atmosphere of the Showa era, so I'm glad I came to the last minute. There are also fried foods and some menus are not available at the main store, so if you bring children, you will be overjoyed. I will continue to go to the new store. It was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何十年かぶりに「だるまやラーメン」が食べてみたくなり訪問しました。
頼んだのはもちろん辛味噌ラーメン。昔食べた味で懐かしさを感じられました。
普段は味噌ラーメンに乗っているコーンが苦手なのですが、ここでは美味しくいただきました。
山形では辛味噌ラーメンといえば「龍上海」が代名詞的なイメージがありますが、だるまやもオススメ出来ますよ～。
For the first time in decades, I visited "Darumaya Ramen" because I wanted to try it.
Of course I ordered spicy miso ramen. I felt nostalgia for the taste I ate a long time ago.
I'm not good at corn on miso ramen, but it was delicious here.
In Yamagata, "Ryu Shanghai" is synonymous with spicy miso ramen, but you can also recommend Darumaya.

挽割り納豆の入った味噌ラーメンを頂きましたが、チェーン店らしい安定した味でしたが、個人的には紅葉オロシは温度も下がり後半に甘みがでてしまい不要に感じました。チャーシューは美味しかったですが、一枚では少々寂しく380円で追加するのは高価過ぎ、あと一枚二枚増やして欲しいと感じました。また辛味噌も深みが無く七味唐辛子を練っただけの様に感じました。 料理の提供も早く感じの良い入りやすい店ではあるものの、これが食べたいから行く！と思わせる店では無いと思いました。

The char siu was delicious, but I felt a little lonely with one piece and it was too expensive to add it for 380 yen, so I wanted to add another one or two. I also felt that the spicy miso had no depth and was just kneaded with shichimi pepper. Although it is a restaurant that serves food quickly and feels good, it is easy to enter, but I want to eat this, so I will go! I thought it was not a store that made me think.

辛味噌ラーメン好きなので辛味噌ラーメンを注文。辛すぎて食べれないのも嫌だなと思い、中辛からにしてみました。
辛いの好きな私には中辛は全然辛くなかったので、追加で家族の分をもらい辛味噌入れたほどです。さほど変わりませんでしたが(^^;
チャーシューはとろけるほど軟らかくて美味しかったです。
逆に脂っぽすぎて嫌だと子どもは話し残してしまいましたので、好みが分かれるところなのかな？と思います。
個人的には辛さは物足りないですがラーメン自体は好みの美味しさでした。
あとは、少し雑さがないといいのかな？と思いました。支払いの伝票が脂？ですごく汚れていて触りたくない感じだったので(^^;

I like spicy miso ramen so I ordered spicy miso ramen. I didn't want to eat it because it was too spicy, so I started with medium spicy.
For me, who loves spicy food, medium spiciness wasn't spicy at all, so I got an additional portion of my family and added spicy miso. It didn't change much (^^;
The char siu was so soft and delicious that it melted.
On the contrary, the child left behind saying that he didn't like it because it was too greasy, so I wonder if his tastes are divided. I think.
Personally, the spiciness is not enough, but the ramen itself was delicious.
After that, shouldn't it be a little cluttered? I thought. Is the payment slip fat? It was so dirty that I didn't want to touch it (^^;

個人的には、からしみそ入れないで食べたほうが、合っていた。
チャーシューの味濃いめ、ほぼ脂身だったのは、残念。
PayPay使えるが、700円以上の会計からとなっている。

接客に配慮の欠如
桜田町から南二番町に移転。駐車場は広く出入り口が2箇所あり入りやすい。1番奥のカウンター席に案内。着席してから注文するタイプで魚介系からしみそラーメンを注文。動物系と魚介系のWスープにだるまやオリジナルの辛味噌。辛さ控えめだが懐かしい。チェーン店ながらだるまやの味を継承している昔ながらの味でした。
ただ、気になったのが、お客さんが入店する度に目の前でガチャガチャ物音。何度も繰り返されるので見てみると、先程ラーメンを置いていった前のカウンターテーブルで注文伝票処理の作業……。結果食べ終わるまで落ち着いて食事ができませんでした。店員さん達に食べている人に配る気配りは無いのでしょうか？。左側1番奥のカウンター席はオススメしません。

Since it is repeated many times, when I look at it, the work of processing order slips at the counter table before the ramen was placed ... As a result, I couldn't eat calmly until I finished eating. Isn't there any attention given to the clerk who is eating? .. We do not recommend the counter seat at the back of the left side.
