It is a station of Rokko Liner, but when it passes by bicycle from Osaka area to Rokko Island, it can be shortcut using elevator and campus walkway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住吉川の河口で海の横にあります。六甲ライナーと言う自動運転の乗り物の駅で、4階が改札口です。5階からは自転車で六甲アイランドに行けます。因みに自転車はエレベーターに1台乗ることは許されています。
It is located at the mouth of the Sumiyoshi River, next to the sea. It is a self-driving vehicle station called Rokko Liner, and the ticket gate is on the 4th floor. From the 5th floor, you can go to Rokko Island by bicycle. By the way, one bicycle is allowed to ride in the elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 六甲ライナーの駅なんですが、実は橋にもなっていて対岸の人工島に渡れます。
1階のエレベーターで5階へ行き、そこから橋を歩いて渡り、またエレベーターで降ります。
直接六甲アイランドへは行けず、降りると六甲大橋の少し手前になります。
ちなみに自転車でも渡れるんですが、運や時間帯によっては順番待ちが起こるので素直に西の御影大橋を渡った方が早い時もあるかもしれません。

Take the elevator on the 1st floor to the 5th floor, then walk across the bridge and get off again.
You cannot go directly to Rokko Island, and when you get off, you will be a little before Rokko Ohashi Bridge.
By the way, you can also cross by bicycle, but depending on your luck and time of day, you may have to wait in line, so it may be faster to cross the Mikage Bridge in the west.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 六甲ライナーの途中駅で住吉方面と六甲アイランド方面に行くことが可能です。
入口は3箇所で
住吉川沿いを南側に歩いた先にある1階入口が一般的。
また、住吉南町から西側から向かう場合や魚崎南町4丁目より東側から来られる場合は浜幹線沿いを歩いて2階入口に向かう方が便利です。
また、第二工区からも南側入口より駅に向かうことも出来ます。
入口から改札口へはエレベーターや階段で4階に向かいます。
またホームもその上の階にあるので、階段やエレベーターで登ることになり少し面倒です。
ホームは行き先表示機やベンチは完備。

The entrance on the 1st floor, which is located on the south side along the Sumiyoshi River, is common.
Also, if you are heading from the west side of Sumiyoshi Minamimachi or from the east side of Uozaki Minamimachi 4-chome, it is more convenient to walk along the Hamakansen to the entrance on the 2nd floor.
You can also head to the station from the south entrance from the second section.
From the entrance to the ticket gate, take the elevator or stairs to the 4th floor.
Also, since the platform is on the upper floor, it is a little troublesome to climb by stairs or elevator.
The home is fully equipped with destination indicators and benches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 六甲ライナーの駅なのですが、自転車で六甲アイランドへ行くときの連絡通路にもなっています。
実際に使いましたが、エレベーターを2回乗りつぐ必要があり、1人はまだしも2人で行く場合は結構時間がかかります。また、通路、エレベーター共に狭くなっており、自転車を出したり、対向車、歩行者とのすれ違いには注意が必要です。
