★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 御影クラッセが駅北側にあり便利。駅自体は古くホームと電車の隙間がけっこうあるので注意。クラッセ以外の駅周りは昔ながらのごちゃごちゃした感じで道も狭い。

阪急にも同名の駅がありますが、歩けなくはないものの乗換駅としては適しません。
ただこの駅の特徴はと言われると、とにかくホームが狭い！おまけにホーム自体がカーブしていて、列車との隙間が広い個所もあります。
よく駅の放送で「白線の内側に下がってお待ちください」と言われますが、ホームの端近くになると白線の内側に下がったら反対側の白線です。
またホームを出るとすぐに退避線が合流することもありホームの延伸ができず、近鉄車両で運転されることもある快速急行は停車できません。
特急が停車するのに快速急行が通過するという、逆転現象が生じてしまっています。

私の最寄り駅からの乗車料金だと普通券で三宮駅を往復してポートライナーで買った方が60円安いと勧められた。
それでもいいので売って欲しいとお願いすると、文句を言われ長いこと待たされた。
この待たされたおかげで
空いている車両を探して電車に乗ることができなかった。案の定、泣き叫ばれ周りから冷たい視線。
なぜ、ここで買いたかったのかたずねてもくれない。
1.娘の初めての阪神電車記念を何か残したかった。2人で電車でお出かけするのが初めてだった。
2.ポートライナー売り場で列に並んで泣き叫ばれるのが嫌だった。密になるのを避けたかった。
とんだ記念日になりました。
