診察でいい損ねたり上手く伝えれないことも、看護師さんたちが、さりげなく対応してくれたり、風邪引いて行った時も虫刺されで物凄い跡ができてたのを点滴時に気づいて直ぐ先生に連絡してくれたようで、いい塗り薬を処方してもらえ凄く助かりました。

○受付の方親切 ×老若男女問わずかかりつけ医にしているため、待ち時間が長い。2時間くらい待つことも。ソファや駐車場もいっぱいになってしまう。

小さい頃から利用させていただいております。 内科はもちろん花粉症で酷い鼻炎に苦しんでいる時、いつもお世話になっていました。 内科・アレルギー科の両方やられていますが、アレルギー科は花粉症・食物アレルギーなどアレルギーの中でも様々な分野で診てくださいます。 花粉症の場合は丁寧に対応をしてくださるのですが、食物アレルギーに対してはお医者様自信がそういったアレルギーを持っていないからか、あまりいい対応をしてくださいません。 処方していただいた薬を服用後に体調が優れなかったことを説明し薬を変えてもらおうと相談しに行った時、それは食物アレルギーの所為だろうと言って聞く耳を持ってくださいませんでした。 行く度にお医者様の言うことも違って何が本当の情報なのかよくわかりませんし、「以前こうおっしゃいましたよね?」と聞いたら、助手の方と「そんなこと言いませんよねwww」と笑い者にされる始末。 私はその対応にとても傷つきましたし、今後アレルギーのことに関して行きたいと思えるような病院ではないと思いました。 その対応は改めていただきたいです。

ちーーーっちゃいころから10年以上、いや、20年くらい?風邪になった時とか通っています。 ここ数年で息子さん?に代替わりしたのかな? たまに交代してるようです。 ちゃんとお話すればちゃんと聞いてくれますし、検査もしてくれます。お二人とも信頼出来るお医者さまです。スタッフの皆さんも普通に良い方々です。 なのでいつも行くと混んでます。でも席にはなんとか座れるかな。
