Very satisfied. Hoje foi a nossa primeira visita a Clínica, o atendimento foi muito bom, médico e enfermeiras, marcamos conforme a nossa disponibilidade, explicando tudo com paciência e esclarecimento, e me deixaram a vontade para tirar todas as dúvidas. Fiquei satisfeita com o atendimento. Very satisfied. Today was our first visit to the Clinic, the service was very good, doctor and nurses, we made appointments according to our availability, explaining everything with patience and clarification, and left me free to take any questions. I was satisfied with the service.

I was very anxious because it was my first test Thanks to Mr. Shimura and the kind support of the staff, we were able to inspect safely and without pain. The hospital was just opened and was very beautiful. I hope to take care of you in the future.

ス	スベクヒャン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大腸の内視鏡検査を受けるために、初診でした。前もって電話予約で、10時と言われました。クリニック内はきれいで、スタッフのみなさんも問題ありません。ところが待ち時間がハンパないです。あとから診察に来た人達がどんどん名前を呼ばれて入って行きます。何の説明もないまま、いつ呼ばれるか分からずトイレにも行けません。待つ事1時間半やっと診察室へ。初診者カード(問診表)に記入した事の確認で、あとは看護師からの説明を聞いてください。また外の廊下で20分くらい待たされました。結果クリニックの扉を開けて最後帰りの扉を閉めるまで2時間20分掛かりました。 2リットルの下剤は家で飲んで、検査できる状態の便になったら、クリニックに来るというシステムでした。だから11時過ぎに来る人が多いんですね。そしてどんどん奥に入って行くんですね。やっと分かりました。病院で2リットル飲んでそのままそこで検査というのしか経験がないので、ビックリしました。‼️ 検査はまだ先です。 It was my first visit to have an endoscopy of the large intestine. People who come to see the doctor later are called in by their names. I can't go to the bathroom without any explanation because I don't know when it will be called. Waiting for an hour and a half, I finally went to the examination room. After confirming that you have filled out the first-time visitor card (questionnaire), please listen to the explanation from the nurse. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the outside corridor. As a result, it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to open the clinic door and close the last return door. The system was to take 2 liters of laxative at home and come to the clinic when the stool was ready for inspection. That's why many people come after 11 o'clock. And it goes deeper and deeper. I finally understood. I was surprised because I only had the experience of drinking 2 liters at the hospital and testing there. ‼ ️ The inspection is still ahead.
