★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma boa consulta com a médica de plantão. Minha filha estava com febre e devido ao Covid-19 outras clínicas não prestaram o atendimento de forma adequada. A médica dessa clínica além do ótimo atendimento, fez exames mais detalhados onde se constatou uma simples inflamação na garganta, prescreveu remédios e o tratamento foi eficaz.
It was a good consultation with the doctor on duty. My daughter had a fever and due to Covid-19 other clinics did not provide adequate care. The doctor of this clinic, in addition to the excellent service, performed more detailed exams where a simple inflammation in the throat was found, prescribed medication and the treatment was effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女医、受付の看護師の態度、対応がひどい。ふてぶてしい。女医は勝手に花粉症と決めつけてきて適当な診断。特に何の問診もせず。子供はアレルギー検査すらしていないしあおっぱなが出るから受診したのに。医院長先生がいた時はよかったのに娘の女医になってから全体的にレベルが下がった。こんな適当にしか診断してくれなくて本当に重症な時こんな病院に自分の子供は任せられないと心から思った。
The attitude and response of female doctors and nurses at the reception are terrible. It's crazy. The female doctor arbitrarily decided that she had hay fever and made an appropriate diagnosis. I didn't ask any questions. My child didn't even have an allergy test, and I had a medical examination because he had an allergy test. It was good when there was a doctor, but after becoming a female doctor for my daughter, the level dropped overall. I thought from the bottom of my heart that my child couldn't be entrusted to such a hospital when he was really ill because he could only make such an appropriate diagnosis.
