ヤナセと言う会社の方針なのでしょう、私はベンツが欲しいのではなく車が欲しいのでヤナセは今後二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訪問時はいつも居心地よく対応いただいています。購入時に他輸入車ディーラーと比較しながら検討しましたが、営業マンは下取車の最高額査定や購入車種の選定助言、事故時には迅速な代車準備に誠実さを感じました。サービスマンについては、購入後のメンテナンスや事故修理対応でも気持ちよく対処してくれているので助かっています。他のコメントで辛辣なものもあるのは、関わるスタッフのパーソナリティによるということでしょうか。嫌な印象を与えている方がいるとしたら、気づいて学んで欲しいですね。私自身は満点評価です。
