本当にお安くできて、品質も保証されていて、嬉しい出会いでした。
先日は、車検をお願いしましたが、破格のお値段とサービスの良さにびっくりしております。
今まで、ディーラー任せでしたが、お金を捨ててた感覚になりました。
これからもお願いしていきたいです。

初めて来店してした時と電話でお話しをした時など、どちらもお客様の視線で対応して下さった事がとても嬉しく利用させて頂いております。
結城市内で何件も信頼できる自動車店を探していましたが他のお店では上から目線の所が多かったです。
しかしコバック50号BP店は全く違います。
店長さんをはじめ整備士さんも予約ではないのに親身になって対応して下さった事が何より嬉しかった！
店内もとても清潔感がありトイレもいつもきれいです。細かいところまで気配りがあるお店です。
いつもお忙しいのに、飲み物も出して頂きありがとうございます。
最後になりますが、信頼しているお店なので末永くよろしくお願いします。私からは星の数は10個です。

The inside of the store is very clean and the toilets are always clean. It is a shop that pays attention to every detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用したが対応最悪とまではいかないけれども、良くも無かったですね。何も説明もなくお金払って終了って感じでした。車の状態や次回のオイル交換の時期の詳細とかの説明が欲しかったですね。やはり私は金額よりも対応重視します。
金欠でない限りもう行くことはありませんね笑
