★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ｴｱｺﾝの不調で修理依頼をしました。ｶﾞｽが抜けているので故障箇所を把握するためｶﾞｽﾁｬｰｼﾞ、後日故障箇所を確認し部品交換で治りました。修理自体は保証期間内の為無料だったのですが、ｶﾞｽﾁｬｰｼﾞは有料となりました。故障箇所を把握するのは修理の範囲ではないのでしょうか？
