★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通ってますが最高の対応です。最近人事で人がガラッと変わり店の雰囲気が変わった気がします。西新宿の方が良い中野のイメージ引き継いでて好きです。うまく言えませんが名前覚えてくれていたりして人間味あるというか。でもサービスは中野しかないのでどっちも通ってます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日タレントさんがゲレンデ購入レポートをYouTubeに流しておりましたがこちらの店舗でした。
店内で無言で待たされます。椅子に誘導後、少々お待ち下さいから15分待たせる神経は相当おかしい。
5分以上待たせるなら、お急ぎですかの一言くらい欲しい。
2階にはAMGのGクラス、Cクラス、GLA、GLC、GLEが展示されていた。

かなり広いディーラーさんでTOYOTAも扱ってるようです。
こことても歴史あるみたいで車屋さん宮園通りって地元では有名みたいって教えてもらいました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛車C350eのバッテリーを充電しても1日で上がってしまう症状が出た。
満充電しても1日経つと エンジンがかからなくなるという謎の症状。
元々の購入元のディーラーが移転したため、比較的近いこの店に初めて電話し、テスターをかけて原因を調べて欲しいと依頼したところ、了承されたのでそのまま入庫した。
とりあえずバッテリーを交換しましょうと言われて、バッテリーを交換された。
ところがバッテリーを交換しても全く同じ症状が再現。
バッテリーを交換しても症状が変わらないので、検査するのが面倒になったのか？これ以上は対応できませんと前言を撤回し、車を返却された。
テスターをかけて原因を調査してくれると言ったではないですか！とお願いしても、言葉は丁寧にウチではできませんの一点張り。
エンジンを切ったらバッテリーがまた上がってしまうのが分かっているのに車を返された。
案の定自宅に乗って帰った翌日、エンジンがかからないのでロードサービスを呼ぶハメに。
これほど不親切で無責任なディーラーは初めてで怒りを通り越しあ然とした。
結果的には移転した購入元ディーラーで修理をしてもらい事なきを得たが、この店の信じられない無責任対応を思い出す度に今でも腹立たしい。

It was the first time for such an unfriendly and irresponsible dealer to go through anger and be stunned.
As a result, I got a repair at the dealer who bought it, but I'm still annoyed every time I remember the incredible irresponsible response of this shop.
