町	町田アレックス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店は要注意です。いざと言う時頼りになりません。当方はマカンGTSに乗っています。年末の旅行の最中に突然、左後輪がバーストしました。たった6000Km しか走っていません。まずは、JAFに連絡して応急処置を依頼したのですが、修復不可との診断を受けレッカーで陸送をお願いしました。ここまでは良かったのですが、ポルシェのサービスダイヤルに問い合わせ、当方自宅から近いと言う浜田山につないでもらったのですが、レッカーで持ち込まれても受入不可との返事です。予約で一杯だから、２週間以上先で無いと受け入れられないとの事。こちらは緊急事態で、車を放置も出来ないし、修理の準備もしたいし・・・どうしたら良いのか？他店を紹介いただけないか？と電話口で言ってところ会社が違うので知りません。と木で鼻を括ったような返事をされた。多分、常連さんで賑わっておりお店なのでしょうが、いざと言う時に対応いただけないサービスは使い物になりません。結局、ディーラー系ではなく、ポルシェ専門の市中のサービスセンターに依頼することにいたしました。新車サービス期間中であっても対応のみならず相談やアドバイスすらしてもらえないディーラーが正規のサービスセンターなのであれば、ポルシェの日本のサービス体制はカタログに書かれていることとは全く乖離した内容であると言うことなのかもしれません。皆様、ポルシェ車を購入の際には先に信頼できるサービスセンターを探してからにしないと大変な目に遭いますのでご注意を。くれぐれも、正規ディーラーと名がついているところは全く頼りにならないと言う事実を認識された上で購入検討されることをお勧めします。 This store needs attention.
