土曜日の午後に新車の乗り換えで伺いました。店内雰囲気は口コミの通り、ベンツにしては珍しくフレンドリー。担当してくださったのは営業マンのKさん。乗り換える決意での訪問だったので、特にあれこれも聞かずに、試乗させて頂きました。
下取りも併せてお願いする予定で、下取り車がまだ新車のため、下取り相場がわからないため、後日に見積を送付し、電話もするとのことで帰りました。
日曜日、月曜日、火曜日、三日間待っても連絡が来ず、火曜日の夕方に「月曜日の晩にメールしました」との内容のショートメール一通が入ってきました。しかし、メールボックスをいくら更新しても、迷惑メールフォルダをチェックしても、ベンツよりのメールは一切ありません。
水曜日店休日前日の晩に、そのようなメールしました風のショートメールでの連絡はさすがにビックリしました！新入社員でもしないような対応は初めてです。それ以来は一切のコンタクトしてきません。
気に入りの一台と思っていただけ残念です！
車購入前でこの対応なら、購入後はもっと杜撰な対応しかできないと思います。
本当に売る気のないディーラーです！
A dealer who really doesn't want to sell!
I visited on Saturday afternoon to change new cars. As the word of mouth says, the atmosphere inside the store is unusually friendly for Benz. Mr. K, a salesman, was in charge. Since it was a visit with the determination to change trains, I did a test drive without asking about this.
I am planning to ask for a trade-in as well, and since the trade-in car is still a new car, I do not know the trade-in market price, so I will send a quote at a later date and return by calling.
Even after waiting for three days on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, I didn't get a call, and on Tuesday evening I received a short email saying "I emailed you on Monday evening." However, no matter how much I update my mailbox or check my junk mail folder, I never get any mail from Benz.
The night before the store holiday on Wednesday, I was really surprised to hear from you by a short email like that! This is the first time that even a new employee will not respond. I haven't made any contact since then.
I'm sorry that you thought it was one of your favorites!
If this is done before the car is purchased, I think we can only do a more sloppy response after the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディーラーで購入するお客のステイタスをもっと考えるべきだと思う。売った後の方が大切だと思う。そこ大事にしないと、そこら辺の中古屋と何ら変わらんくなる。
I think we should think more about the status of customers who purchase at dealers. I think it's more important after selling. If you don't take good care of it, it will be no different from a second-hand shop around here.

②リコールでわざわざ時間を作って、車を持って行ったのに、代車の手配を忘れられた
③他の口コミと同様に問い合わせしても折り返しの電話なし しかも数回
④敷地内のアスファルトが整備されてなく、入口階段に欠けている箇所があり、店内を見上げると清掃が行き届いていない。
車はとても気に入っているし、近いから便利なんですけど、目に見えている部分でこの状態なので、色々と心配です。
① I changed the tires, but returned them without washing the car.
② I took the time to recall and took my car, but I forgot to arrange a substitute car.
③ No call back even if you make an inquiry like other word of mouth, and several times
④ The asphalt on the premises is not maintained, and there is a part lacking in the entrance stairs, and when looking up at the store, the cleaning is not perfect.
I like the car very much and it's convenient because it's close, but I'm worried about it because it's in this state in the visible part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車を購入しましたが、店内で鍵を貰い車の元に案内。プレハブみたいな倉庫に停めていて安っぽい。花束1つも貰えない。マグカップ1つだけ。退店は担当スタッフのみ。こんな酷い扱いは初めて。花束が欲しい訳ではないが気持ちがこもってない。二度とここでは買いたくない。
I bought a new car, but I got the key in the store and guided it to the car. It's cheap because it's parked in a warehouse like a prefab. I can't get a single bouquet. Only one mug. Only the staff in charge can leave the store. This is the first time for such a terrible treatment. I don't want a bouquet, but I don't feel full. I don't want to buy it here again.
