忘備録用 なるめんが並んでいたため、情報なしのまま坦々麺に惹かれこちらに。 小ラーメンというワードに不穏な予感を感じたがまさか坦々麺が二郎系なわけではないだろうと思い待つこと10分強。この時点でリーチです。 着丼された坦々麺には素晴らしい野菜の盛り。ビンゴ。ゲームセット。 あまり腹空いてないのに伺った自分が全て悪かった。 食べ切るのに必至で記憶が曖昧だが、 スープは辛いというより甘味が強い印象。でも中盤汗だく。 野菜はいい感じ。多い。玉ねぎの微塵切りも多め。 麺は粉っぽさが残る太麺。好みが分かれるが必死だったためどっちに分かれたか覚えていない。小でも多い。 チャーシューは少し小さめの印象。 ニンニクは卓上にあり自由に使えていいが、追いダレのようなモノが見当たらなかったので残念。野菜食べる時に少し困る。 この量でこの値段ということで胸が熱くなり残すわけにはいきません。 二郎系坦々麺というのは珍しい。 何回か通ってみようと思う。

東工大の二郎系なら凌○より断然こっち。 ただ量は半端ない。つけ麺ソースに背脂が大量浮いてる(二郎系だから) 個人的に角煮つけ麺がおすすめ、角煮が美味い!

4月に入って間もない平日の昼、開店時間直後に伺いました。先客ゼロ、後客2。まだ大学お休みだったんですかね。 小坦々めんを麺少な目で頂きました。ゆで卵が1つサービスらしいので、着丼までに殻を向いてスタンバイ。 坦々らしい胡麻の甘さに、ビビっとくる辛さが効く濃いめの汁。野菜の盛りはよく、刻み玉ねぎも結構量盛られてますね。 柚子の皮がちょくちょく入っていて、たまに口に入るとパァ~と香りが口内に広がって一瞬の味変が楽しめる。 が、初訪なのに選択を間違ったか、、、ちょっと個人的には甘さが目立って後半飽きる汁の味。 極太ゴアゴア系の二郎インスパっぽい麺で、ワシワシと食べたくなる麺。小のは200gらしいが、「少な目」コールで、食べた感じでは150~160gぐらいでしょうか。これは好きな麺。 在宅勤務で胃が小さくなったオジさんでも、おいしく食べれる量です。 刻みニンニクは卓上にあり盛り放題なので、欲望を抑えるのが大変です。 次来る事があるなら、坦々ではなく基本の小らーめんを食べてみたい。

らーめん小、脂マシ、サービスのゆで卵。こんもりなモヤシにキャベツ、刻み玉ねぎ、濃いめの醤油スープに固形脂を沈め溶きながら野菜と極太麺を堪能、美味しかった。ニンニクや味変用カレー粉が卓上にあるので飽きずにいただけました。
