★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長岡の背油醤油ラーメンって感じですね。元祖燕三条系よりも薄味でがっつり系ではないのですが、スープをすすると鼻から抜ける魚介フレーバーが。これは麺が進みます。
 It feels like Nagaoka's back oil and soy sauce ramen. It has a lighter taste and is not as solid as the original Tsubame-Sanjo system, but the seafood flavor that comes out of your nose when you sip the soup. This is the noodles.

The amount of Tsubame-Sanjo backfat ramen and noodles is small, but the char siu is delicious with rose meat, dried sardines, soy sauce, flat noodles, and dumplings.

中華そばと餃子をいただきました。
太麺だけど、多加水麺でつるつる食感が良いですね。
餃子も皮がモチモチで美味いです。
最高でした。

I had Chinese noodles and dumplings.
It's thick noodles, but it has a nice smooth texture with polyhydric noodles.
The gyoza also has a chewy skin and is delicious.
It was the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 杭州飯店の流れを汲むラーメン。店内にはその由来となる色紙があります(した?)。
魚介の香りが濃厚な背脂たっぷり、いわゆる燕三条系スープは飲んでいてしつこさを感じずいくらでも飲めそうな気がします。
麺はもちもちした麺で咬み心地も良くするすると入ってきます。
あっという間に完食してしまいました。ごちそうさまでした。
Ramen that follows the flow of Koshuhanten. There is a colored paper in the store that is the origin of it (did you?).
The so-called Tsubame-Sanjo soup, which has a rich scent of seafood and is full of lard, feels like you can drink as much as you want without feeling persistent.
The noodles are chewy and come in when you make them feel good to chew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めんきちさんは食べるとまた次に行きたくなるラーメンです。今回は餃子を頼みませんでしたが、餃子は幼虫のようなデカい大きさの餃子です。味は絶品。ライダーさんは行って欲しいです。駐車場は広めですが砂利なので気をつけて駐車してください。気をつけなければいけないのが、第二第四土曜と毎週日曜は休みです。
女性一人でも入れます。中澤卓也くんのポスターが多く貼られてるので中澤くんはよく食べにきてるのかな？
Menkichi is a ramen that makes you want to go next again when you eat it. I didn't ask for dumplings this time, but dumplings are big dumplings like larvae. The taste is excellent. I want the rider to go. The parking lot is large, but it is gravel, so please be careful when parking. One thing to keep in mind is that the second and fourth Saturdays and every Sunday are closed.
Even one woman can enter. There are many posters of Takuya Nakazawa, so I wonder if Nakazawa often comes to eat.
