★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪城ホールの帰りにオシャレなモールがあったので散策していると、ラーメン屋がたくさん入ってるお店があり、爾今の名を見つけてすぐに入りました。
かなり昔に本店の方に行きましたがおいしかった記憶はあるけども詳しい味の記憶はなく、迷った末ネーミングの面白い「チャーシュー濃厚海のトリトン」1000円を注文しました。
一見よくあるタイプの濃厚ラーメンですがやはりレベルは高く、チャーシューも柔らかくて美味しく、汁まで完食させていただきました。
普通は塩か醤油なんでしょうね〜次また大阪城ホールに来た際はどちらかを食べに来たいと思います。リピートは確定！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 限定の海老塩ラーメンをいただきました。
スープは海老の香りが強くあっさりとした味でした。スープには玉ねぎのみじん切りが小さじ1杯程度盛り付けられていました
。玉ねぎは辛味が感じられるので、苦手な方もいらっしゃるかと思われます。
麺は細麺ですが、しっかりとした歯応えがあります。
チャーシューとキクラゲが後のせの為、ラーメンとは別の皿で提供されます。
チャーシューは薄めで2枚、少し脂多めです。
キクラゲは、千切りで割と多めだと思います。
夕方に訪問した割に、お客さんが絶えず出入りしていました。
また、Uber Eatsの人が出前を取りに何人も入れ代わり訪れており、その度にスタッフがその方々へお客さんと変わらない対応で水を提供され、丁寧な対応だと思いました。
期間限定のようですが、今回は生ビール500円→120円ととても割安。
味も接客もとても良いお店です。
個人的には玉ねぎのみじん切りではなく、他の具材だとよりよかったです。

Despite visiting in the evening, customers were constantly coming in and out.
In addition, Uber Eats people came and went to take care of the delivery, and each time the staff was provided with water as they were customers and I thought that it was a polite response.
It seems to be for a limited time, but this time it is very cheap, from draft beer 500 yen to 120 yen.
It is a very good shop with both taste and customer service.
Personally, it was better not to chop the onions, but to use other ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩830円、トリトン880円。塩のほうが好みかな。他の而今よりも空いていた。それがいい。厨房で指導していたスーツがヤクザみたいで怖かった。ああいうのは見えないところでやってほしい。店員さんは感じが良かった。ウーバーイーツが取りに来てたけど麺がのびそうだなぁと思いました。
Salt 830 yen, Triton 880 yen. I prefer salt. It was more vacant than now. I like it. The suit I was teaching in the kitchen was scary because it looked like a yakuza. I want you to do that out of sight. The clerk felt good. Uber Eats came to get it, but I thought the noodles were going to grow.

丸鶏と豚骨ベースにアサリのお出汁の効いたスープは上品なコクでじわりじわりと忍び寄る味わい 変わらぬ美味しさです
細めのストレート麺は固茹でアルデンテで強いコシ、噛むたびにキュッと鳴るような食感がたまりません
食べ進めるうちにスープと麺が馴染み細切りのキクラゲと玉ねぎが軽やかなハーモニーを生み 鮮やかな朱色の味玉が美しく映えてました
後半の辛味噌の味変もお忘れなく♡
新しい試み「Uber Eats」でつけ麺のデリバリーも始められたそうですよ、
さすが而今さんっ！

あさりがよくきいており美味しいがやや単調。終盤はコショウをかけて楽しんだ。
大盛にしてもスープ量が同じなのはいただけない。
総じて、而今はどこで食べてもそれなりに美味しいな、と。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜に訪問、大阪城ホールのイベントが無ければ城テラスは閑散としていて20:00にはほとんどの店が閉まってました。こちらは20:00に空いていたのでたまたま入ってみました。
おすすめは塩ラーメンのようで、勧められましたが…
カレースパイスラーメンが！気になりすぎて注文。
すごく細麺でスープはスパイスは多少効いてるけど、
どちらかと言うと、カレーうどんのスープと言った感じ。スープはとても美味しかったですが、もっとスパイスを効かせて、カレーうどんとは違った味を楽しみたいなぁ~と思いました。

カウンターとテーブル２席です。
テイクアウトやデリバリーにも力を入れているので、キッチンは忙しい感じです。
周りのラーメン店は結構休業しているので、頑張って欲しいです。

お昼のピークタイムずらして、食券購入したのが12:43。
注文したのは
「特製天然塩のあさりそば（大盛り）：\1,200（税込）」
で、まずお冷からして、待てど暮せどやってこない。
さすがに30分経過する13:12に、店員にクレームを入れる。
かくして着丼したのは13:16、注文から33分も経過してからのこと。
それまで何の説明もフォローもなし。
職場まで徒歩8分、残り時間6分でアツアツの大盛りのラーメンを食せねばならない状況で！(>_<)
・・・そんなん、ちゃんと味わえるわけないですよね?!
結論。
「サラリーマンがランチで利用するには、メチャメチャリスキーなお店」
ということで、この星でございます(v.v)
おいら、そこそこ物わかりはええ方やと思いますが、もう今回はこれ言わせてください。
