★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も言っているように、一度検討したいとスタッフに伝えると態度が豹変します。最低です。他の店舗に行ったときはすごく丁寧に接客してもらったのに、酷すぎます。
As others have said, once you tell the staff that you want to consider it, your attitude changes suddenly. It's the worst. When I went to another store, I was treated very carefully, but it was too terrible.

しかし、店員さんの説明がくどく、買わないと対応が冷たくなるのはいかがなものかと思いました。これではまた来たい！という気持ちが失せると思います。
これはルミネ横浜店に限ったことではないのですが、メルヴィータの店員さんの説明はマニュアル化されてて、ほとんどの方が完璧に同じ説明をされます。
それ自体はものすごいことなのですが、ゴリ押し感が半端ないのと、買う客と買わない客への態度の違いは、会社的に一度考えた方がいいのではないかと感じました。（お店の評価と違うこと書いてすいません）
The products are reasonably priced and the quality is not bad.
However, the clerk's explanation was confusing, and I wondered if the response would be cold if I didn't buy it. I want to come again! I think you can lose your feelings.
This is not limited to the LUMINE Yokohama store, but the explanation of the Melvita clerk is manualized, and most people give exactly the same explanation.
It's a tremendous thing in itself, but I felt that it would be better for the company to think once about the difference in attitudes toward customers who buy and those who do not, as well as the feeling of being pushed. (I'm sorry to write that it is different from the evaluation of the shop)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの商品説明の勢いがすごい。。値段や香り、種類をもう少しゆっくり吟味したかったですが、居づらくてすぐに出てしまいました。
The momentum of the clerk's product explanation is amazing. .. I wanted to examine the price, scent, and type a little more slowly, but it was hard to stay and it came out soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大好きです‼︎前回行った時にとっても店員さんが優しい方でほんとに素敵でした‼︎♥️商品もオーガニックでお肌に優しくて自分の肌がモチモチになるのが日々感じてます！
この前もう一度行った時に、違う方に接客してもらいましが、その方は酷かったです。ただその仕事をやっているようにしか見えなくて、その日は商品を買うのをやめたのですが、その際に、私が「すみません、また今度買いに来ます‼︎」と言ったところ店員さんの顔が一気に凶変したのがもう、なんか、心が痛くて、言葉に表せない程心が痛くなりました。顔も声も一気に暗くなって、「あ、はい。そうですか。」みたいな感じで言われたのがとにかく悲しかったです。今使ってるオーガニックのオイルがもう無くなりそうなのでもう一度行きたいですが、その人にまた会うかもと思うと怖くて行けないです。でもほんとに商品はとっても素敵です‼︎オススメです！ですが、店員さんの中にそういう方もいるのでほんとにガッカリです。

When I went there again the other day, I had a different person serve me, but that person was terrible. I just seemed to be doing that job, so I stopped buying the product that day, but at that time, when I said, "I'm sorry, I'll come back again!" My face suddenly changed, and it was so painful that I couldn't express it in words. My face and voice suddenly became dark, and I was sad to hear something like "Oh, yes. Is that so?" I'm about to run out of the organic oil I'm using now, so I'd like to go again, but I'm afraid I can't go to see that person again. But the product is really nice! ︎ Recommended! However, I'm really disappointed because some of the clerk are like that.
