★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サンタマリアノヴェッラが好きだったけれど、こちらの女性店員の態度があまりに悪く、ブランドに対するイメージが大きく変わり、もう他店舗でさえ購入する気になれなくなった。
接客態度が不遜であまりにも上から目線。商品について質問すると「はぁ、知らないの？」という感じのため息混じりの説明。業務的に対応はしてくれたけれど、とてもじゃないがこのブランドのプロダクトの精神を伝えるのに相応しい店員ではなかった。こちらの化粧水を何年も使っていたけれど裏切られたような気持ち。もう2度と利用しない。
I liked Santa Maria Novella, but the attitude of this female clerk was so bad that my image of the brand changed so much that I didn't feel like buying it at other stores anymore.
The customer service attitude is irreverent and I look from above too. When I asked about the product, he explained with a sigh of "Huh, don't you know?" He was a business clerk, but he wasn't the right clerk to convey the spirit of the brand's products, though not very much. I've been using this lotion for many years, but I feel like I'm betrayed. I will never use it again.
