購入時、サンプルは一個しかもらえませんでした(しかも現品を使用しているもの)。オンラインなら四個選べます。また、空き瓶を持参するとサンプルなどいただけると聞きましたが何ももらえませんでした。不快な体験になりました。

At the time of purchase, I received only one sample (and I used the actual product). You can choose four online. Also, I heard that if you bring an empty bottle, you can get a sample, but I didn't get anything. It was an unpleasant experience.
