★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リハビリのため入院しました。家族への対応が非常に雑で、説明も不鮮明でした。患者や家族への対応も悪い中不当な高額請求ばかりでした。回復を待っての退院かと思いきや退院の日付を適当に決められたので回復もせずそのまま退院させられました。個人情報も勝手に流されました。こちらから細かく連絡しない限り何一つ連絡はなく、患者に起こっている変化を隠蔽していました。非常に不愉快極まり無いです。
 I was hospitalized for rehabilitation. The correspondence to the family was very rough and the explanation was unclear. The response to patients and their families was poor, but all of them were unreasonably high bills. I thought that I was discharged after waiting for recovery, and the date of discharge was decided appropriately, so I was discharged as it was without recovery. Personal information was also leaked without permission. Nothing was contacted unless I contacted him in detail, hiding the changes that were happening to the patient. It's very unpleasant.
