l	lemon cc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越し業者と提携している会社の様子。引越しで洗濯機設置のためにだけに、来ていただきました。ドラム式洗濯機を設置後、臭いが酷く、排水口を見てみると、排水口の奥のトラップがしっかり閉まっていない様子。素人が見てもわかりました。トラストさんに連絡をして、再対応を依頼するも、「臭いは対応できない。排水口が緩いのは了承しましたよね？こういうものです」の一点張り。仕方なくマンションの管理会社に依頼して、別の業者に来てもらいましたところ、やはり、排水トラップがしっかり閉まってないから、臭いが上がってくるとの結果でした。以後、臭いは消えました。排水トラップを力強くクルっと回すだけで閉められるのに、それをしない会社です。全くもって、オススメしません。 A picture of a company that has partnered with a moving company. We just came for setting of washing machine by moving. After installing the drum-type washing machine, the smell is severe and the trap at the back of the drain is not closed when I look at the drain. It was understood even if an amateur saw. I contacted Trust and asked for a response, but "It is not possible to cope with the smell. You agree that the outlet is loose? I asked the management company of the apartment for help and came to another contractor, but again, the result was that the odor came up because the drainage trap was not closed firmly. The smell has disappeared since then. It is a company that does not do it though it can be closed by simply turning the drainage trap. I do not recommend it at all.
N	NA (NA) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンを買ったネット通販の指定業者で、ここでの少ない口コミが悪いものしかなかったので内心ビクビクしていましたが、実際に来てもらうと、全く問題なし。室内機を３階の部屋、室外機は地面に設置してもらいました。暑い中、高所作業で大変だったと思いますが、終始丁寧に作業してくれて、２人とも感じの良い担当さんでした。ありがとうございました。 I was nervous because there were only a few bad reviews here at the designated online shopping company that bought the air conditioner, but when I actually came, there was no problem at all. The indoor unit was installed in the room on the 3rd floor, and the outdoor unit was installed on the ground. I think it was difficult to work at high places in the hot weather, but they worked carefully from beginning to end, and both of them were pleasant staff. Thank you very much.
