う	うっちー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 懇親会として夜に利用。コース料理に飲み放題を付けて8000円(税込)で組んでもらった。結婚式場と言うこともあり1品毎のボリュームは少なかった。また飲み放題メニューも少な目。どちらかと言うと雰囲気だけと言った感じかな。 Use at night as a social gathering. All-you-can-drink for the course meal was assembled for 8000 yen (tax included). The volume of each item was small, sometimes called a wedding hall. There is also a small menu for all-you-can-drink. If anything, it ’s just like the atmosphere.
正	正知 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの教育がなってない。目上の人も呼ぶ結婚式では絶対やめた方がいい。メシは美味い。友人の結婚式、雨の日の赤ちゃん連れでの参列。会場前に車で横付けし、赤ちゃんを連れて先に降りると、傘を差した男性スタッフが玄関まで付き添ってくれた。「受付前に準備が必要ですね」と気を遣って頂き空いてる部屋に案内して頂いた。ここまでの対応は素晴らしいと思ったけれど、その後が全て悪かった。車を停めてきて後から来た家族が「赤ちゃん連れで先に入った家族はどこにいるか」とスタッフに尋ねると、「分からない」「受付ではないか」と言われた。別の階の受付などを探し回ってしまった。スタッフの連携が全く取れていない。披露宴の最中、グラスや皿が空になってもスタッフがドリンクやパンのお替りを全く尋ねてこない。仕方なく、ファミレスのように手を挙げてすいません、と呼ぶハメに。ドリンクもパンもほとんど頂けず、もっと食べたかった飲みたかったと不満が残った。魚料理で使ったフォークとナイフを皿に置いておいたら、皿を下げる際にまた机の上に戻された。肉料理でも同じ物を使えということらしい。こんなの初めて。また、魚料理とほぼ同時にお口直しのシャーベットが出てきた。魚料理を食べ終わるときには溶けていた。その他、書ききれない不満があった。ゲストを不快にさせる結婚式場、自分たちの結婚式じゃなくて良かった。 The staff is not educated. I left the forks and knives used in the fish dish on the plate and put them back on the desk when I lowered the plate. It seems that the same thing can be used for meat dishes. This is my first time. K	Kosuke Sakai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場の後輩の結婚式で訪れました。劇団四季の近くで名古屋駅から徒歩15分程とあまり遠くない距離ですが、周囲は静かで素敵な結婚式場でした。入り口より、スタッフさんが丁寧かつ素晴らしい笑顔でで迎えてくれました。コロナの時期と言うこともあり、検温はもちろん手指消毒の徹底は素晴らしかったです。参加者名簿に記載する際のボールペンは1人使用したら、必ず使用済みボックスに入れる徹底ぶりでした。そして、式も披露宴もスタッフさんのきめ細やかなサービスもありとても素晴らしいものでした。後輩の幸せそうな笑顔もですが、それを陰から支えるスタッフさんの姿勢に感動しました。 I visited at the wedding ceremony of my junior at work.
