おでんの具さんの言うとおり最悪なスタッフです
リゾート婚お望みならここだけはやめたほうがいいです
打ち合わせしても意味ないですよ
沖縄挙式日前日に打ち合わせですから
こんなひどい挙式場ないですよ
お金はらっても当日数がなかったり最悪です
人生で一番最悪な雰囲気でした

I've tried on a Pronovias dress! There were many dresses, the inside of the store was very beautiful, and the staff were very kind! !! You can choose from many, so I definitely want to go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 着たいドレスがあれば3週間前に予約を、と言われたため1ヶ月前に着たいドレスを4着ピックアップし品番を伝え試着予約した。しかし当日伺ったところドレスが一向に出てこない..すると、「どのドレスを予約しましたか？」と...。その後確認すると言われたまま1時間待ち、結局予約したドレスは全て用意できてないと言われた。一生に一回のドレスなので結局、式場とは提携外でしたが別のドレスショップでレンタルしました。
I was told that I would make a reservation 3 weeks before if there was a dress I wanted to wear. However, when I asked that day, the dress did not come out at once .. Then, "Which dress did you reserve?" After that, I was told to confirm and waited for an hour. After all, I was told that I could not prepare all the dresses I reserved. Since it was a dress once in a lifetime, it was not affiliated with Shikiba, but it was rented at another dress shop.

10日経っても資料は送って来ない。
問い合わせした次の日には電話が鳴り
仕事上出れず、次の日にも電話。
そこからかかってこなくなりましたが
問い合わせのメールが返ってきたのは6日後。
同じ業界で働く身として
どんなに現地の式場が素敵でも
これから打ち合わせするであろう店舗が残念だと他を検討したくなりました。
