z	zao123 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長らくここの製品を愛用してますが、5年ほど前に立ち寄って革のメンテナンス方法について聞いたときに、まともに答えてくれず、挙げ句の果てには目の前で質問してるのに無視されてしまったので現在は公式通販サイトのみ利用しています。革の手入れ方法くらい自分で調べろってことでしょうし、わざわざ聞いた自分も悪いのかもしれませんけども、さすがにあの接客は引きました。土屋鞄の製品はどれも好きだし、アクセスもいいだけにとても残念。 I have been using this product for a long time, but when I dropped in about 5 years ago and asked about how to maintain the leather, it did not answer properly and I ignored it because I was asking a question in front of me at the end of the phrase Currently, only the official mail order site is used.
