★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being one of the tallest building in Japan, Midland observation deck offers amazing views of Nagoya. On a clear day you can see out to Ise bay, the Suzuka mountain range in Mie, and Gifu.
The observation deck is also open air which is pretty cool.
Great place to escape the summer heat for an hour or two.
Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caffe Liscio on 24F in back of Toyota reception is a nice break spot. Choose from a nice selection of hot and cold drinks and you can also have the staff doctor it up with specialty tailored flavors. A minimum but nice bit of snack pastries also available, but no sandwiches or real lunch foods. I enjoyed the strawberry smoothie pictured here. Get something and take a break before a meeting, look at the great view of the Nagoya skyline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised to see the Toyota exhibition room in a department store at Nagoya Station. There were about 8 cars there when I visited it. I spent 1 hour to see the cars closely before the hotel check-in. And there were few people there even it's Sunday. Very good place if you're interested in Toyota cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On November 26, 2021, Japanese noodle shop called, “ Kishimen saryou Ishikon” opened at B1 Food section of Midland Square??
We’re definitely able to enjoy special authentic Japanese noodle with such as sea foods “wakame & kelp” dishes & popular chicken called “Nagoya cochin” as well.
In this area, people call this type of noodle “ kishi men.”
